Remark 1: In case a Dura-Bright® wheel shows an air loss and/or hairline cracks please select from the performance related conditions.
Remark 2: After filling in the wheel return form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us within 1 working day and an e-mail from DHL within 5 working days in case your request is approved. The email from DHL will contain the forecasted pick-up date and the completed electronic waybill. If you don’t receive the e-mails, your security settings (SPAM filtering) might block e-mails from Alcoa and DHL. In this case we kindly ask you to check other folders than your inbox such as your deleted items, junk, bulk or unknown e-mails. If you still cannot trace the emails, please contact your IT department or provider.

In case your request contains Alcoa Dura-Bright® wheels (part number containing DB suffix), please reply to the confirmation email with pictures that support your request for return. Dura-Bright® requests without pictures cannot be dealt with.

Your request will be subject to the conditions of warranty and usage limitations as stipulated in the Alcoa Wheel Service Manual which is accessible here.
