Tim Myers is Group President, Global Rolled Products (GRP), Extrusions and Building and Construction Systems (BCS), responsible for leading three business segments that comprise approximately half of the company's annual revenue. Tim is also a member of the Arconic Executive Leadership Team, the leadership team that sets strategic direction for the company.

As Group President, Tim is responsible for Arconic’s aluminum sheet, extrusions and plate products that primarily serve the automotive, commercial transportation, aerospace and industrial markets, as well as brand-recognized architectural products and systems that hold leading positions in the building and construction market. These combined businesses have manufacturing and commercial sites in North America, Western Europe, United Kingdom, Asia, and Russia. 

Tim was previously President of Alcoa Wheel and Transportation Products, a business that leads the market for forged aluminum wheels and other structures that serve the commercial transportation industry, with operations in North America, Europe, China, South Africa, Australia and Japan.  Prior to this assignment, Tim was Vice President and General Manager, Commercial Vehicle Wheels for the Alcoa Wheel Products business, in which capacity he oversaw global Alcoa truck wheel plants as well as sub-assembly and logistics sites in the U.S. and Canada.                     

Tim joined the Company in 1991 as an automotive applications engineer in the Commercial Rolled Products Division, based in Southfield, Michigan. He transitioned into a marketing assignment for the Company’s Mill Products business in Chicago and Forged Products in Detroit, selling primarily to U.S. automakers.  In 1998, he handled sales and marketing for the Company’s OEM and aftermarket wheel business, and became General Manager of the Company's Forged Automotive and Specialty Wheels business.  Prior to joining Arconic, Tim was a product design engineer for Ford Motor Company. 

Tim holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor.
