Alcoa Will Host Webcast of Annual Meeting of Shareholders

NEW YORK--Alcoa (NYSE:AA) will host a live webcast of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, May 6, 2011, beginning at 9:30 a.m. (Eastern Time). Registration for the webcast is required. To register, go to www.alcoa.com/annualmeeting. The meeting will be webcast via Alcoa’s website at www.alcoa.com/annualmeeting with presentation materials available on-line. A replay of the webcast will be available by close of business on Friday, May 6 at this same website.
