Inserted between the city and the sea the Grand Large district in Dunkerque has been designed to combine seaside resort aesthetic and port aesthetic, typological variation and collective spaces. Its strategic urban plan is based on social, environmental and economic aspects. The Grand Large district comprising 50 dwellings located on the seafront marks the second phase of the project whose main objective is sustainable development.
