Kate Anderson is Interim CEO of Arconic’s Kawneer business, which produces a comprehensive range of building facade products.

Prior to joining Arconic in 2025, Kate has more than 25 years of extensive experience in strategic sales leadership, strategy development, and transforming customer operations. Most recently, she was Vice President and General Manager of Kitchen Ventilation at Broan-NuTone, a leading North American manufacturer of residential ventilation and indoor air quality products. Prior to that, she held leadership positions at Holcim Building Envelope, Saint-Gobain, MLU Services, Inc., and Kimberly-Clark.

Kate has a results-driven and customer-centric approach and a keen understanding of the nuances of diverse markets. She has worked across North America, Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Kate holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Dayton and a certificate from the Harvard Business School Executive Education.
