Guided by Arconic’s 2030 Sustainability Goals, the report highlights the Company’s commitment to circularity across its products, operations and partnerships, as well as its support for the communities it serves.

Highlights from Arconic’s 2025 Sustainability Report include:

• Zero fatalities; 18% decrease in Days Away, Restricted and Transfer Rate (DART);
• Maintained a 24% reduction in GHG emissions intensity from our 2021 baseline;
• Proprietary automotive alloys now enable closed-loop manufacturing systems, with up to 85% recycled content;
• Reintegrated more than 58,000 tons of recovered material from customers, improving transparency and traceability of recycled content;
• Through our EcoVadis partnership, we evaluated 120 key suppliers on 21 sustainability criteria across environment, labor, ethics, and procurement; 
• $8.2 million invested by Arconic Foundation to advance Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education, environmental sustainability, and human needs.
